He has made contribution to the Irish Government department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands new documents “Towards A new Framework For The Arts” A Review of Arts Legislation (2000). He is currently serving as an executive member on the Dublin City Community Forum, a part of the Dublin City Development Board –2012 Plan. He is a chairperson of the Cultural Cluster of the Dublin City Community Forum.  He has recently conceived, commissioned and completed a feasibility study on the Ireland’s first National Multi-Cultural Centre.  He is a member of the Dublin Community Television.

He has participated in 2002 Guinness living Dublin Awards.
